[linda] Ability to change annotations in bulk (ex: concept is “a” change to “b”. 1) Choose multiple annotations in a frame to change all at once and 2) choose all annotations retrieved in the explorer to a new concept 3) this would have to be source specific (ex: all MBARI observations
