Ability for a observer to download data via .csv or .txt report (ex: localizations by observer, all occurrences of a specific taxa, etc.). json insufficient for this purpose; observers agree on fields to be added

To me this could be remedied by adding a plot to see the spread of concept names that an individual has contributed to the user profile
