What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install a package that requires cabextract or unzip when they are not
installed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It displays the message "Cannot find cabextract. Please install it (e.g. 'sudo
apt-get install cabextract' or 'sudo yum install cabextract')." which is tied
to the Debian, or Red Hat family.

I would expect the general script to say something generic (e.g. "Cannot find
cabextract. Please install it." and each operating system can patch it for
their specific package management software

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

VERSION=20101008
Operate System=All

Removing it would be less helpful. It says to install it, and gives the howto
for the more common distros. If someone wants to patch it for their own distro,
they can do so just as easily.

This would hurt a lot more than it would help (which isn't at all).
