Minor bug fixes in several scripts (that showed up when invoking from C-shell (yes, I know that's weird), and enhanced ability to skip selected scripts - or to only invoke specified scripts.

Looks pretty reasonable. Good catch in some areas. The reason the AIDE stuff was in a separate script is some people still run Tripwire (gag) - but, I think it's time to require AIDE now...
