need examples #4

There should be examples for the main cases of section 8, either in an appendix or, if short enough, in section 8 itself.

I added examples as an appendix but I'm not sure they are correct. Also I don't know how to make a "No Data Opt Out In Effect Example" Also I'm not sure if my examples are correct.
