Implement the OctoPrint logo as SVG icon in Vuetify #274

This resulted from #273 where I prepared the work:

You might see I've added a octoprint icon which basically is now an alias for the directions icon. In the future with the SVG we can load that using the information in the Vuetify docs here https://v2.vuetifyjs.com/en/features/icon-fonts/#using-custom-icons

Currently on-hold as we're waiting for the OctoPrint devs to step in and provide the asset at hand.
