Cancel "Resize All Panels" #50

I would like a way to cancel the "Resize All Panels" action. As of the writing of this issue, clicking "Resize All Panels" from the settings will just give a number selector with an X icon. The X icon is misleading (especially if a user wants to cancel), as it applies the changes instead of canceling the action (even when the number is unchanged.)

I noticed this also. I think the change should be applied only if the value changed. If the value wasn't modified clicking the X icon should just close it.

What if someone ACTUALLY wanted to resize all panels to 150? -_-

Umm, what? I remember testing by resizing all to 200 and then back 150, worked fine.

I have tried resizing all my panels to 150, but that won't work. -_- I have also tried to reproduce @Xyrfo's problem, but no luck there.
