Rename the project to Log Detective #23

The new name is Log Detective and log-detective

I need to get the OpenShift project renamed before merging this.

It would be pretty cool to call it "OpenLogDetective". But it may be too late for such suggestions.

Thank you for the suggestion @siteshwar, I will ask other team members. But in the meantime, I am merging the PR because at least the CommuniShift project and some other things will remain as they are now because it is hard to change and Fedora Infra people wouldn't be happy :-)
