Getting old posts as new #568

Hello,

Here are the feed.xml and headers.txt gists, and the problem I have is that the published and updated fields are unchanged, yet random posts start appearing as new.

Happens once every few days, usually after I update the database (which now means deleting everything and pushing the local dump), but it makes no sense, nothing is changed :(

Feed is created manually, but I think it's the correct structure. On the other hand, this issue started happening after I finished the migration to Swift, and did the feed manually (was using an rss module while the blog was Node.js-based).
