Remove code related to daily notes #2455

We had before LeDailyNotePageType that we do not use now. We still have code related to it that can be removed.

If you're sure it's not used, I'll cut it out. There's a lot of references to it.

Evidently, existing databases will have to be cleaned for this to ever happen.
