Region filename doesn't show up sometimes

The region filename doesn't show up if one of 2 conditions are true:

The player starts the game, joins a world and turns on region overlay in region 0,0
The player turns of region overlay and turns it on again in the same region (persistent between multiple world joins)

In both cases going into another region fixes the issue.
