eGaz loses track of its currently connected gazetteer when it loses focus #189

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open eGaz to a 2nd gaz file (so there are at least 2 gaz files in the drop 
down)
2. Make another tab cover the egaz tab
3. Re-show the eGaz tab - gaz file has changed back to the first gaz file in  
the list

Overzealous load event handing was causing the last loaded file to be reloaded 
everytime the tab became visible. Also the fact that the last loaded file was 
not saved until the gazetteer is unloaded (app shutdown), meant that it was 
always reloading the original gaz file
