accelerated-domains: add CDN CNAME domains #490

As per discussion on #487, I scanned accelerated-domains.china.conf then added intermediate CDN domains.

I only include 139 obvious CDN domain names which contains "akadns", "edgekey", "trafficmanager",or "msedge". There are 450 CNAME records left which I'm not sure if should be included as well.

How about listing these domains as a new file microsoft.china.conf or windows.china.conf like apple.china.conf and google.china.conf? And we do have issue like https://github.com/felixonmars/dnsmasq-china-list/issues/341 related to this.
