Implemented pushing up to date data to the web frontend for the following pages:

Power facilities
Storage facilities
Extraction facilities
Functional facilities
Technologies

The data sent over includes, when applicable:

Price, construction info
Power generation, resource consumption, resource production
Technology upgrade benefits and boosts
etc.

The following data is not pushed:

Updates for total number and available number of construction and lab workers
Unlocking of carbon capture
Unlocking the technologies page, unlocking the extraction facilities page
"ℹ️ Current stock of {gas, coal, uranium}"
