Inbuild Koko image viewer

Heic and heif file formats unsupported by the default image viewer app on feren os.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. try to open a .heic/.heif file format image
  2. blank black screen

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I would like to see in the new version of feren OS an inbuild, out of the box .heic/.heif file format support. I know its possible to view these file formats but if the OS support is right after you install it then it will be a much better experience for new users. image

Interestingly, this is actually supported by the OS as of 2023.08, technically, in everything, but Files (nemo) and Koko, that is installed by default.
