how do i whitelist domain in mod_security? *not with hostgator #40

anyone know how to get it work if i am not with hostgator? but i am 
running centOS with cpanel/whm and apache here.

what must i put into the mod_security configuration?

Yeah I have mod_sec 2.1 and I can't get timthumb to work either on my Apache 
too. 
The previous thread concerning this was a bit vague because I did not use
mod_security v2.5

Ask hostgator to add the following rules [ 1234234 , 340151 , 340153 ] to
mod_security for www.your-website.com, andto please whitelist the domain". Then 
it
works. Hope that helps.
