What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://gazpachu.com
2. Check the empty space where the thumbnails should be

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The thumbnails are not being created

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest wordpress and timthumb versions

I'm having the same issue. Latest wordpress and timthumb versions too.

Hosted on a GoDaddy.com server. Am using a "preview dns" option. Could that be
affecting the script?

Same here too. Using eGamer theme that for some silly reason Heavly relies on
TimThumb.

Stopped working after 2.9.1 security updates. Site now looks very untidy and
un
professional.

Any fixes yet?

Same issue here running WP 2.9.2 and the eGamer theme. I even grabbed the latest
timthumb.php source file but still no success. I'm running my own CENTOS server.
Everything was working until I updated WP.

For some reason, timthumb is not picking up the value for src= . I even tried
disabling all my plugins, and tried deleting the custom Thumbnail field from my
posts
and recreate it but it all ends in failure.

Not picking up any Server errors, so not really sure what the issue might be.

Hey I have this problem too.

Did anyone resolve it?

Yes I was able to fix it.

Contact your hosting provider. I use hostgator.com. They usually block this
script
and you have to ask them to unblock it.

Cheers
