Re-enabling an account which was disabled because of a wrong password leads to crash #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an identi.ca account
2. Login without saving your password
3. Logout
4. Login with a bad password
5. Wait until the pidgin show the error message
6. Go to "Manage accounts" window (CTRL+A)
7. Enable the account (disable it before if needed)
8. You should see a password prompt then it's crashing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
8. No crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.0 with pidgin 2.7.2 on Gentoo GNU/Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
You may need to repeat 7 multiple times.
