Updates Chinese translations (both for simplified and traditional Chinese)

binary prefixes (kibi-, megi-, etc) do not have common Chinese names, so I add a (二进) (= binary) to indicates the difference from the SI ones.

(Sorry for using browser to edit the files, resulting tons of commit histories)
