(synergy) free version (v1.8.8) #249

The official synergy project is now in this repo https://github.com/symless/synergy and is still free, but they don't provide binaries.

Github user afzaalace creates binaries in this other public fork https://github.com/afzaalace/synergy-stable-builds/releases.

@sdecima @seanorama this package has been moved to this repository:

https://github.com/teknowledgist/Chocolatey-packages/tree/master/discontinued/synergy

And now has a working version. As such, I am going to go ahead and close out this PR.
