Currently, the only mechanism we have for testing code modifications is to do this manually on BlueHive.
It would be great to add a workflow for continuous integration testing on GitHub Actions, even if only for a subset of the steps required to run the model.
I realise that actually running GISS-GC requires access to input data, so perhaps we only go as far as compiling the model for now.
