add more visible hotspot icon - if single hotspot is shown for on and offline (freiburg freifunk style)

more description: in the actual images the single nodes are barely visible within the scheme of openstreetmap image files, so we add a icon that is similar to the generated icon if more than one node is shown for an area, and also add a offline icon similar to this .. so all single nodes are highly more visible then , hope you like it

sehe gerade das du den commit (noch) nicht angenommen hattest .. spricht was dagegen .. die einzelnen Knoten sind eher nur sehr schwer zu erkennen , das liegt an der Kombi Karte/einzelnodepicture bsp.: https://www.freifunk-karte.de/?lat=47.99417&lng=7.8478&z=16 im vergl. zu https://freiburg.freifunk.net/de-map/?lat=47.99417&lng=7.8478&z=16
