batadv: on 10G links, link quality might also be a float with BATMAN_V #89

This has been experienced with the connection between two supernodes, which are connected through 10G link.

As this does not break any scenario where the tq is int, I think that this is safe to merge.

Could you please provide an example how the output of batctl o -nH looks like for such a setup? (Both for originators reachable via 10G and for others)
