Allow battery indicator on system select screen #186

Would love to be able to create a skin with the battery level on more than just the game selection screen.

Will look into this, but I have bugs to fix first.

Hey, no, no updates so far and, personally, I don't think it's an important feature but I will still look into it when I find the time :)
