Explode with Fortune / Misfortune buttons not updating Fortune Tracker #189

Describe the bug The following buttons no longer update the Fortune Tracker automatically:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Roll a successful attack.
  2. Roll damage.
  3. Click 'Explode with Fortune' or 'Explode with Misfortune'
  4. Fortune Tracker will not update.

Expected behavior Expected that Fortune / Misfortune will automatically update or prevent re-rolls altogether if there are no points to spend.
