Update on status of https://github.com/fhwedel-hoe/OpenRoadEd/issues/9

I also reverted back some of the changes that are made in https://github.com/fhwedel-hoe/OpenRoadEd/commit/cce5d8b5f154d89686cd6dfd6e79d569dde427fd

During the process, I removed the build script from git since the same information is already in the readme.
