download: quicksearch for the module acp and the front end #29

To find a download faster, you should add the core quick search into the module 
acp and the front end.

This would be very useful for admin and users.

I for myself don't really like it to have several searchfields at one page.. 
can do anytime, but with an option to show/hide

I can add the quicksearch field in ACP now, but for Frontend it will be an 
enhancement for future features. Definately I won't have time this year to 
buildt a quick-search with ajax and implement it. Can't use IPF-quicksearch for 
this. It's for tables only! So you will see this in 1.1 or 1.2
