Sidebar removal and list re-positioning

I've noticed that the sidebar takes up a reasonable amount of screen real estate that could be better allocated to content, giving more space for adding more than 4 columns to a table without it looking too cramped.

I'm thinking putting them all on the top menu bar would might be a good option.The Links section (containing links to the trader, companies, buy shares, sell shares, etc) could be put into a dropdown list ( element). This would require another method in the WebUtils class.

Sidebar has been migrated to a top menu, after discussion it was agreed that the number of pages is likely to be low so having a top menu would work and not require dynamic generation as did the sidebar.
