DISCUSSION POINTS: Options 1) Open up exhobj module to other non-exhibition groups Option 2) Put readonly fields into the catalogue. What about list views?

DECISION(S): Option 1 - Make ExObj module available / read-only for all groups, and turn off all but Overview & Measurements tab.
