Marking bags to wash w/o removing from service #40

As the Dir. of Sleeping bags, I want to mark which bags are to be pulled for washing for Sat night so that I don't have to wait till after 6 pm on Sat.

When I mark a bag for washing, any time during the week, the sleeping bag is still available to be used by the client. This will not remove the bag from the rotation.

When a bag status is updated to "Cleaning Required" the system will remove the bag from the rotation and will not be available for clients.
