We will confirm the applicant's identity through Email / TG.
We need applicants to use contact way other than github to prove themselves. Clients should provide information such as the source of the data, the current condition of data storage, and the type of data as supporting information for identity proofing.
If the applicant is a data preparer, the applicant may be asked to provide proof of cooperation with the sp wherever necessary.
If the applicant is a sp, the applicant may be asked to provide node certificates wherever necessary.
All records are kept on a self-built cloud and can be reviewed by the governance team.

Description of Data Diligence
We will request a sample of the data from the client before allocation and will sample the data to confirm data comply with the regulations. After allocating the datacap, we will select the data randomly to check for consistency.
We will ask our clients to provide their local legal policies to prove that the data is legal.
We will provide and keep the results of the audits as proof and records.

Risk mitigation strategies
First, If we find in our audits that a client is in violation, we will stop allocating datacap.
After allocating datacap, we will do a check within a week. The results of the check will determine our plan for following up on this client's allocation.
Dispute Resolutions
We will check in with the client first and put the full process on the client's application.
Then we will do our best to deal with the problem and get things back to normal.
We'll ask the government team to participate in the decision.
