Bug: Documents folder causing Files to randomly lose focus for a moment #16526

Description

Accessing the documents folder randomly causes Files to lose focus for a moment as the directory loads. Sometimes it takes long enough for Files to lose its Mica effect for a second, and at other times you may only notice the window's shadow flickering for a moment.

Restarting Files does not affect the issue.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open Files
  2. Go to the Documents folder
  3. Go to another directory and then back to the documents folder, if there was no flickering.
