Expected Behavior

Tooltips and "Archiving on" texts should be translated

Current Behavior

Tooltips and "Archiving on" texts are not translated

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

• Switch lang to any except English
• Add 'video' to fromSources
• Go to uploader view and switch to "Record video" option
• Check "Start recording" button translation
• Start recording and check "Archiving on" translation
• Hover on red dot near "Archiving on" and check tooltip translation
