Fiat escrow can only be supported with cashless payment systems where user can verify their transaction.
In order to use it, fiat buyer/seller has to send their card number and full card name.
1. Crypto seller sends crypto to escrow system.
2. If there is a conflict between users on crypto-fiat transaction, fiat seller can ask support to verify their transaction (i.e. on Rocketbank via transaction link, on Tinkoff and Sberbank via receipt on email).
3. If support confirms the verification of transaction (it can be automated), conflict is resolved by sending crypto from escrow system to fiat seller. If the verification fails in 5 days, conflict is resolved by sending crypto from escrow system to crypto seller.
