Capitalisation, text spacing, and ellipsis character tweaks. #81

The space between the progress message and the ellipsis was tripping me up in the SPI-Playgrounds app, so this started as a fix for that.

I also changed it for the ellipsis character and corrected capitalisation in the "No such module" error too, and I don't think that should have an ellipsis.
