Given the new community structure, this is very out-of-date.

Follow FDC3 Structure ; what is it? how does it work? benefits, getting involved?
Summary of the groups, with links to the charters, links to the ICAL entries, links to the mailing list sign-ups. Top level description in there.
@smendis-scottlogic We should create a secondary doc that covers the working groups
