remove stats mangling, just do low-level json and backfill mediatype #14

fixes #3 -- not sure if we should continue to filter the boring stuff like the googCertificates. Maybe there is an easier way to do this consistently by not sending anything that has not changed since the last time.

hrm. codec reports might have to be backfilled as well

travis failure looks like a chromedriver issue, merging anyway
