Add Emotion Analysis Support for Face Detection #1697

I really need that Feature in the app i am building . In the mean Time only Smiling is supported but in Microsoft Face Detection API all of the basic Emotions are supported , so please add them in firebase ml kit.

Hi @Loopex2019 I didn't test it myself, but I see Recognize facial expressions listed in the key capabilities of ml-kit
