Enhancement: One only file for each vector layer, use gpkg file for vector layers

I don't think we want to limit qgis2fds to only use gpkg vector sources in running the algorithm. My assumption is this issue is a placeholder for 2 actions:

• Replacing non-gpkg vector layers in the verification suite with gpkg
• Updating wiki to clarify best practice in storing qgis project files with vector layers stored as gpkg Is my assumption correct? I went ahead and replaced the vector layers in the verification suite with gpkg in https://github.com/firetools/qgis2fds/pull/76
