Could you provide a bit more info on this issue?

The new golden_gate_case is correctly styled:

the base layer is OpenStreetMap,
the DEM has hillshade and blended to the underlying OSM,
the landuse is correctly coloured with F13 style and blended to the underlyng DEM,
the Extent layer is a green line,
the Fire layer is a red line.

I updated the style file names in the styles directory to hopefully make them easier to find and apply.
