AI doesn't use long and medium range AA missiles in all FIR planes #67

Hello. I noticed that AI in all your planes doesn't use medium/long range missiles. They just run away from you. To reproduce place AI F16 with 6x AIM120C at a distance 25km (or more) from you and make waypoint for AI to move to your plane position.

I've just tested with enemy F-16C and they head-on at me when they knows even didn't make waypoint. only problem is they didn't use AIM120 on maximum range(my AIM120C have 12km around, similar with vanilla mid-range AAM), just use when close in 8km around, might be config value problem.
