Upgrade webnative to 0.29.1 #96

Still need to test this. And we should make use of the user message customization here. So that if the auth lobby encounters filesystems that are outdated/it realizes it's outdated itself, we have better alert messages than the default ones.

Alright. I tested this on production (https://gigantic-prince.fission.app/) with a modified drive. Should be ready for review.
