Better styles for `libdoc.py`

RFDoc has much nicer styles than libdoc.py, see the screenshot linked
below, and we should copy most of them to libdoc.py.

The priority of this issue rises if we decided to use libdoc.py also
externally e.g. from RIDE:

Adapted styles from RFDoc in r2785.

Related to the thin border issue, I changed the border size of the keyword 
table from
one pixel to two, but kept the borders of the example tables in 1px because 2px 
is
simply too much there. I changed all border colors from gray to black and hope 
that
helps too. At least when I test the styles with Firefox on Ubuntu and WinXP, 
and with
IE on WinXP, borders look good. With Firefox borders start to disappear if I 
zoom too
much, but I don't think we can do much to it. Notice that as part of updating 
the
styles, I made the font size of the whole documentation smaller an thus you 
shouldn't
need to zoom so much anymore.

I have also regenerated all standard library docs so the development versions 
linked
from the wiki pages now have the new styles. Here's a direct link to the OS

I'll close this issue now but comments about the styles are still welcome and 
testing
on other browsers appreciated.
