RTL languages #1038

we have already Arabic and Hebrew in weblate, but we need to check how to have RTL widgets

mui has an parameter for that

@1v4n4 could you check (hard coded) see how it works and if it does, add a new config layout: right2left = true or whatever is matching the mui naming

Here's what needs to be done for RTL to work https://mui.com/material-ui/guides/right-to-left/. I'll try to implement it

ECIs The captcha is not looking good, the icon stays on the right. Checkboxes also look weird eci2 eci1 eci Nonecis noneci1 noneci

But it is not bad for 10 lines of code...
