报个windpdb的bug #275

    ulipad自带的winpdb读不了脚本, 总是显示"*** Failed to find script." 即使用菜单Lauch手动加入也是同样问题.
    但独立版的winpdb则没这个问题, 同样的Lauch操作一切正常. 希望作者可以修复下, 毕竟集成的用起来更方便点.

就是从源码装的, 系统是archlinux

�Svn版本，而且是windows环境。

我之前用的ulipad4.0+wxpython2.8+python2.6一直可以用winpdb调试，刚�
��装了个python2.7，打算用2.7来运行，开始是报没装wxpython，就�
��python2.7的安装目录下装了wxpython2.8，后来再次启动调试也是�

script.前面还有些报错信息。想想我自己下载有winpdb1.4.8版本��
�，ulipad4带的是1.3.x多的，我就把我下载的winpdb1.4.8的解压把ul
ipad4安装目录下的packages/winpdb下的rpdb2.py和winpdb.py文件替换了�
��重新启动调试就可以用winpdb来进入调试模式了。大家可以试
试看

发现这里最后一个参数为空到时候导致加载失败的，只要在wi
n.document.args不为空到时候再附加这个参数就好了

我升级了winpdb，再试一下。我试了没发现问题。我用的是2.6��
�本windpdb 1.4.8。
