Add on to existing tracks.

It would be very useful to add onto a track that you have already made. For 
example if you frequently ride on the same trails, but one day find a new trail 
that was not added to the original my tracks file, it would be nice to simply 
add onto the original file without making a new track file. Especially for 
tracks that get split when imported into google maps.
