Wont record Sanyo Zio M6000 Cricket #309

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install versions release canidate 4 or 5
2.Hit Record. It says it cant record try again later
3.Uninstall and install Featured versoin 1.0.2.1
4.Works fine

What is the expected output? Record
What do you see instead? Cant Record

What version of MyTracks are you using?

Release Canidate 4 or 5.
On what version of Android? 1.6
On what phone? Sanyo Zio M6000 Cricket

The GPS still works fine.
