Quality of Life Changes and New Features Suggestions

Some changes I think would help the crime life & server in general.

1. Add a crouching animation/ability.
2. Add the ability to "3rd eye" a newspaper stand and see recent jail times.
3. Add a new and updated UI if possible?
4. Add an animation/ability to resist cuffs (could be a similar minigame to the hotwire animation).
5. Add the ability to flip cars, (make it a longer animation or it could require multiple people), more realistic than ramming your car over.
6. Add a tackle animation.
7. Add an actual inventory system, with visible weight.
8. Add New black market weapons such as Drako, Uzi, Dragunov, etc.
9. Add Permanent tattoos, its been a long waited for Qol change that many people would appreciate.
10. Add radios, which could significantly decrease the current metagaming issue (make the radios have a range, so you cant communicate from the other side of the island).
11. Add a light armor for crimes and general citizens, make it 25-50 armor, and make it hard to get (maybe a new mission to get said armor).
12. Add more accessible crime & heists (add different bank hiests, more ways to get dirty money, and new avenues of crime in general).
13. Re-add the bank ap on your phone.
14. Re-add a searching animation for robbing (maybe rework the animation and give it a timer?).
15. Move the courthouse to postal 506 (Decreased crime since it is directly next to the new PD and Zonah).
16. Decrease the length of the tazer effect/animation.
17. Make meth, weed, and coke have use. (Each one could have a different use such as slowly healing you, making you run faster, making you do animations faster, etc.).
18. Rewrite the use of force policy for PD & Highway, class of weapon for class of weapon.
19. Add mass drug selling missions (higher risk-higher reward).

Going to be real. Number 18 is a PD and HP Policy they would have to revisit bot the city in general unless DOJ got involved.

Adding onto number 2. Maybe adding a visitation Interior to the Jail where we can check inmates remaining time. Could even add a payphone a prisoner could use to call a friend to be like "Hey im in jail for 20 months can you pick me up?" (Could even add a limit to how long the call could be.

This a good idea. But jail sentences ain’t even that long to be doing all that. This is something I would like to see. But we would have to have longer jail sentences which I wouldn’t mind to see either. But with longer jail sentences you would have to have more things to do in jail instead of just fighting

Don’t think it matters about length, it’s more of a “hey ima be out in this many months, can you be here when im out” type of thing. Not like you are in the city when you get out and have no way of a rode other than hitchhiking.

Yea, change comes with different outcomes. This is the place to come if you have a problem/idea/issue so I don't see the problem. Sometimes listening to the consumer is what will bring you in a better population, on top of that the city is good, but has potential to be even better.

The pick up animation should definitely be added as well. And not just the flip car option, but also the push for when your car runs out of gas or breaks down, you can push it to the nearest gas station or store. Also make Los Santos Custom Garages fix your car. Add more properties for people to do. This server IMO the server is mainly work, sell drugs, buy cars. The club owners barely start events so other places as hangout spots would be nice, like a bar, or arcade! Add more guns for civs. Not just pistols actual automatic weapons with attachments. As a guy who likes guns I would like these features added because it ties into the RP and “real-life” aspect. And add more non-supporter cars, UCL is boring with the same cars, plus new people literally forced to use old shit. Update it more or at least update the server more often. (Btw don’t say nun I have supporter I’m just lookin out for those guys.)

There is no native crouching in GTA. Any 'animation' or ability would be rather clunky and not beneficial to the player experience.

Checking recently jailed players was removed a long time ago because people were complaining they were getting killed/safezone camped at the prison, or that such actions were unrealistic (at the prison).

What do you mean by resisting handcuffs? Breaking out of metal handcuffs ..makes no sense. There have been ideas in the past of adding some universal handcuff key for criminals, unfortunately this would be abused to the point where every criminal would carry the item, regardless of the price, and attempt to interfere/rescue "their boys" from any arrest, no matter how trival the charge is.

Flipping over a 4000lb vehicles is incredibly difficult, or next to impossible. There's a reason why the fire department is called to vehicle accident scenes -- it doesn't matter how many people are trying to flip a vehicle over, it's not going to happen.

This was available at one point but removed due to bad animation syncing issues. People also complained there was no way to fight back physically - see the combat system in RDR2.

Not sure what an 'actual' inventory system means. Adding weight to the player inventory (trunks already have it) is fine.

Add New black market weapons such as Drako, Uzi, Dragunov, etc.

We just added the FN FAL, and have added many weapons in the past few months. There are no plans at this moment to add even more weapons.

This is something that probably should be done.

How many times are people going to suggest this? There are no plans to add buyable radios for civilians, stop bringing this up. We inadvertently tried this a few months ago and it did not solve the metagaming issue -- quite the opposite. It made the problem worse as people would use the radio to tell people to unmute/undeafen in their discord calls.

Add a light armor for crimes and general citizens, make it 25-50 armor, and make it hard to get (maybe a new mission to get said armor).

Body armor would be fine, players with armor would be forced to wear a certain clothing item. In addition, relogging will not restore any armor that someone had before disconnecting. Not very useful, considering a headshot will kill in one hit but I'd consider this so people can stop asking.

This has already been done over the past few months. What more 'ways to get dirty money' do you want? Consider the fact that drugs were the only way to obtain dirty money in the beginning of the year. New criminal activities/heists are planned and will be added over time. Also another thing to note -- other civilians who are not interested in crime have repeatedly brought up more non-criminal activities, complaining that things are too heavily focused on the criminal-LEO side.

This is something for LSPD/SAHP. Not a server or staff related issue.

How much easier do people want it? People are already selling hundreds of thousands worth of drugs every day. Don't be greedy.
