Can't get this to work on Windows CE 5.00 #9

Executing the app on a Windows CE 5.00 results in the following error:
"Cannot find 'windesktop' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and 
filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available."

Is there anything else which is required to run this programm? MS .net Compact 
Framework 3.5 ist allready installed.
