Changed license to match Yaru project, added back in all relevant files, #1

changed everything to reference Yaru instead of Communitheme.

Again, hope this works. I've never played around with Flatpak; in fact, it'd be nice to be pointed in a direction where in the future I can learn to test myself, if someone would please be kind enough to help me out? :heart:

Themes are kinda a bit over complicated so not everything its doing is necessarily documented well.
